Energy efficiency and sustainability are also key components, which we achieve through a combination of air source heat pumps, photovoltaic solar panels, high insulation and designing for optimum solar gain.

Our investment portfolio includes offices, warehouse, residential and retail properties. We have a proven track record of investing in commercial and residential property; we manage, maintain and optimise these assets whilst working to market conditions for best value.
Our investment portfolio also benefits from our design and construction expertise so our portfolio includes beautifully designed and constructed workplaces and homes.
