Formerly an integral part of our commercial portfolio, this former 1950’s office and warehouse building was converted via a mix of Permitted Development and traditional planning in 2015.
Working closely with our architects, we were able to deliver fourteen 1, 2 & 3-bed unique apartments than made the most of the high floor-to-ceiling heights and large windows.
Delivered to a high specification that included; Italian kitchens, solid oak, stone and slate, these apartments proved incredibly popular with downsizers, first-time-buyers and investors alike.
