Abimara were able to secure planning for scheme consisting of nine apartments, five thousand square feet of flexible office space and the refurbishment of the existing five-bed house.
The scheme was designed to create high quality accommodation, amenity and commercial spaces, while respecting and enhancing the leafy surrounds and Conservation Area in which they sit.
Central to the design approach was the desire to minimise the visual impact on the immediate neighbours. The mews style of the proposals takes precedent from the surrounding streets and aims to use materials and details in keeping with this sensitive context.
