William founded Abimara in 1974 and grew it into a successful building contractor and developer with a significant commercial and residential lettings portfolio.

Passionate about quality and design, William is still a key part of the management team and lends his considerable experience to many aspects of the business.

William is a keen yachtsman, loves food and drink and enjoys travelling whenever possible.

After graduating with a 1st Class Degree in ‘Business in Property’, a RICS accredited degree, at the University of the West of England, Daniel joined Abimara in 2006 and was instrumental in shifting the focus of the business toward development.

Responsible for several of Abimara’s most successful projects to date, he has a keen eye for detail that keeps quality at the heart of all he does.

Daniel is a RYA Yacht Master, snowboarder and wake boarder and has a love of the outdoors.

After graduating in 2006, Matthew joined the renowned Countryside Properties Graduate Management programme and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2008.

Following a number of years as a land buyer at Countryside, Matt set-up an off-market land agency business in 2011. Then, wanting to become more active in development, he joined forces with Daniel and William in 2013. Matt’s expertise have allowed Abimara to broaden its operations into larger, planning led opportunities.

Matthew is a former ‘Ironman’ triathlete, has completed the 3-peaks challenge and has kayaked across the country.

Brain is Abimara’s Financial Controller and responsible for overseeing all transactions and the financial structuring of our businesses.
